How is my pack given?
Each order consists of packs enough to last you for 28 days. Depending on your vitamins plan, you may have to take certain vitamins twice daily, which may range between 28-56 packs, alternating between morning and evening.
You may encounter cases where there are 2 packs at once, eg. 2 “Morning” packs, and that’s because we wanted to make sure that the pouch does not become overcrowded.
What if I missed a dose?
If you missed taking a pack, we recommend skipping that dose, then taking your next pack at the assigned time.
What is the best way to take my recommended vitamins?
We recommend taking them along with your meal for optimal absorption at a time, usually morning or night, when it’s convenient to you. Taking them at the same time each day will help you to develop a consistent routine.
You can take all of them at once at each given time, as we have checked thoroughly for any negative interactions between each other.
It’s always important to remember that each of us is unique and may respond differently. That’s why we recommend that you speak to your primary healthcare provider if you experience any symptoms.
Can I take my medications together with my vitamins?
We always check for medications-vitamin interactions to prevent negative interactions. We still recommend that you discuss proper medication timing with your physician. Some medications may be best absorbed when taken separately from your vitamins even if there is no negative interaction.
How long will it take for me to feel the effects of the vitamins?
Really, this is truly dependent on your biochemical markup along with your current health status and how your diet plus lifestyle looks like.
Some may feel it immediately, but some may take a longer time. But don’t worry, good things are happening inside even though you may not see it on the outside!
Remember, consistent is key!
Can I add things to my pack that were not recommended to me?
Certainly! If there is something you would like to take that did not come up as part of your recommendation from the Health Assessment, you can always add it to your pack before checking out by clicking on the Products page, and adding items directly to your cart from there.
Just note that we cannot screen for any interactions or therapeutic duplication if you are adding products this way which is at your own risk.
Can I edit the answers to the assessment that I’ve given previously?
Oh no, it is not possible to edit your answers from the same assessment for now. Instead, you will need to retake our Health Assessment should you need to change previous answers.
You may adjust your pack by adding or removing products during checkout.
Can I order for other family members?
You are certainly welcome to do so, but you will have to do each pack at a time. You will need a new email address for every VitaPack subscription and go through the Health Assessment again. This is to make sure that each recommendation is personalized and they won’t get mixed up!
What is the cost of my VitaPack?
The cost will vary depending on what vitamins are recommended for you. Rest assured our aim is to offer you the best quality vitamins available on the market today.
When it comes to vitamins, it doesn't really matter whether they are more expensive, but rather the quality and the effort behind to research and develop the best quality vitamins.

What is our Medical Advisory Board about?
Our Medical Advisory Board are a team of experienced doctors, nutritionists and dietitians, as well as pharmacists. They are largely involved in the process of developing the health assessment that you see, and also consultation on types of products used.
How do VitaPack prevent mistakes in packing vitamins?
At VitaPack, we take quality control very seriously. We have established standard operating procedures and checkpoints at every stage of the packaging. They are checked using machines and counter check again by our medical professionals before it gets shipped out.
Is your packaging childproof?
The packaging used to ship and dispense your vitamins is not childproof and must always remain out of the reach of children.
Why can’t I just get the nutrients from food?
Balanced diet is important, but there are times that we can’t really achieve them all the time. Soil degradation, stress and other factors beyond our control also contribute to our deficiency in many key nutrients. What we want is to top it up on top of a healthy diet.
Can I buy more than 1 month?
Of course, you may! We offer a selection of either 1 month, 2 months or 6 months. The more you subscribe, the more you get to save! We will deliver your VitaPack monthly to ensure the best quality of your vitamins!
Do you offer refunds?
We are confident that you’ll be happy with the packs that you receive. How are my vitamins packed in the VitaPack boxes?
Besides following strict guidelines during the packing process, we use specially engineered machines to produce the packs. These machines ensure that only the correct vitamins are packed into the pouches and later hand-checked by our team of medical professionals before arriving at your doorstep. We always strive to go the extra mile to deliver you the best vitamins possible.
Where can I find information about your vitamins?
No worries! We provide a detailed product breakdown of each item we show on our Products Page where you can find the vitamin Facts, Ingredients, Recommended Use, Dosing and any Cautions or Warnings that may come with it. How do I know which product is in my pack?
Each pack is labelled with the individual vitamins together with its dosage. For further information, we also provide you with an E-copy of a more detailed product description with pictures so you may identify them easily.
What is the difference between The Essentials, Comprehensive and Complete Support?
The Essentials provide you with the basic vitamins you need, while the Comprehensive is a more advanced regime and contains 3 more recommendations. Complete has the widest range of vitamins which covers all of your health concerns.
What is the best way to take my recommended vitamins?

Can I drink coffee, tea, or alcohol when I take my vitamins?
It is not recommended that you drink a caffeinated beverage with your vitamins. Take your vitamins with food and water at least an hour before or after coffee/other caffeinated beverages.
Caffeine can interfere with the absorption of vitamins and minerals including Vitamin D, Calcium, some B vitamins, Iron, Potassium, Magnesium, Zinc, Copper, Manganese, and potentially vitamin A.
Please do not take your vitamins with alcohol to avoid potentially negative interactions, particularly mood and sleep vitamins.
What if I missed a dose?
If you missed taking a pack, we recommend skipping that dose, then taking your next pack at the assigned time.
How should I store my packs?
Make sure you store your packs in a cool, dry place below 25 degrees Celsius. Packs should not be stored in the fridge, freezer or in the car for long periods of time.
It is fine to keep your packs with you in your bag when you are travelling, just make sure it’s not exposed to the hot sun!
Will my vitamins expire?
Even if the highest quality of vitamins had an expiration date, we in Vitapack will always monitor our products closely to ensure you receive a fresh pack. We recommend that you use your box within 3 months of receiving it.
How big are the vitamins?
The sizes vary depending on the product. You can always check each product here for their specific sizes.
Why does my urine appear yellow?
Have you gotten a B Complex in your pack? If you notice that your urine appears yellow, don’t be alarmed, it’s perfectly fine!
Aside from being water soluble, B Complex contains a specific vitamin B, known as riboflavin, which gives out a yellow colour naturally. Being water soluble means that your body will get rid of excess, unused vitamins through your urine.
As such, it is important that you take them every day to replenish their stores in your body! If you have any additional concerns, please talk to your primary healthcare provider.
Are your vitamins GMO? Do they contain any fillers or bulking agents?
All of our products are non-GMO. Certain tablets do contain small amounts of fillers which are used for stability purposes. But rest assured, they are 100% safe!
Are your vitamins vegan and vegetarian?
There are certain vitamins that are non-vegan and vegetarian, but worry not, we will be sure to exclude them if you let us know in the assessment!

Where can I find the allergen information?
On our Products Page, we will mention in each product description whether or not that vitamin has any allergens. You can identify if the product contains any of the commonly known allergens.
I have an allergy. How do I know if your products are suitable for me?
We will also exclude them for you if you mention during the assessment should you have any of the allergens. However, due to the manufacturing process, we can’t guarantee that our products are completely free of small traces of these allergens.

Where are your vitamins manufactured?
Our products are manufactured at different locations such as the United States, they all follow strictly PIC/S, GMP and ISO guidelines during the manufacturing process to ensure the highest possible quality.
Each of our products undergo multiple rounds of testing to ensure stability and safety. That’s right, it’s something we really take pride in!

Can I change the quantity of pills for a vitamin in my pack?
Unfortunately no, we do not have that option. We want to make sure you get the right amount of vitamins and not too much or too little of them.
Can I get something that isn’t listed on your website?
No, we do not have the option to choose as well. Our current products are all carefully selected and researched by us to achieve the best results. We will continue to list new products so stay tuned for more updates on our social media platforms.

How can I see my order?
Once the order has been placed, you can view your current order from your Account Page under the option "View Order." Any changes made to your order for the next shipment can also be viewed from your customer account page.
How does the subscription service work?
When you place your first order (2 months/6 months), we will automatically ship a new order every 28 days. You can cancel at any time or change the next ship date by signing into your account. There is no cost for the subscription service. You are only charged for the price of the vitamins. For further details, kindly to refer to our Return and Refund Policies.
What is included in my order?
Every Vitapack shipment includes a 28-day supply of your personalized daily vitamin packs, information card with vitamin details for your daily dosage of nutrients, and promotional items (if any).
You may have 1-2 packs per day (Morning and Night), depending on your vitamin regimen.
Where can I track my order?
Under the “View Order” tab, you can check your order status or alternatively, we will provide you with a tracking number to further check on the carrier’s website. If you are having trouble or experiencing delays, please email us at hello@vitapacknutrition.com and we will be able to assist you further.
How long do I have to wait for my VitaPack?
For Peninsular Malaysia, it will take up to 3 working days. For East Malaysia, please allow up to 7 working days for your VitaPack to be delivered.
Delivery dates may be subjected to change due to any unexpected service delays (e.g., weather conditions, natural disasters, or unforeseen events).
We work hard to ensure you receive your order as soon as possible!

What forms of payment do you accept?
Currently we accept VISA, Mastercard, UnionPay, GrabPay, TouchNGo Wallet, Boost Wallet, Maybank QR, Mcash. Worry not, we are continuously working on additional payment options in the near future.
Do you ship 7 days a week?
All of our orders are processed and shipped from Monday to Friday, excluding certain public holidays. We will always do our best to guarantee that your order arrives before you run out of your current supply.
I’m going away for a few months. Can I get more packs at once?
If you’re planning for a vacation and would like to get more packs, email us ahead at hello@vitapacknutrition.com and let us know when you’ll need them. We are able to ship your packs to an alternative address within Malaysia if you prefer as well.
We will try our best to coordinate with you to provide sufficient supply to last you for your trip.
What if I prefer my orders to be shipped to my office?
You certainly can! If you would like to change the destination of your delivery, simply let us know 7 days before your order renews and we will ship it to your preferred address.
Is it safe to ship my vitamins?
Yes, it is. Rest assured we treat each package with utmost care and under standard operating procedures. Once your package is sent we’ll notify you via email and provide you with a tracking number so you may monitor them wherever you are.
How are the shipping fees calculated?
Our shipping fees are standardized for every batch of shipment, so you don’t have to worry about any hidden charges.
Do you cater for international shipping?
Unfortunately, we only ship within Malaysia. We will certainly let you know if we started shipping to other countries!
Can you do same day delivery in case of an emergency?

Can I use a nickname instead of my real name?
You are free to use whatever name you prefer to be known as! But keep in mind, the name that you provide will be printed on the individual packs and will be what we recognized you as, so make sure that whatever you choose can be easily identifiable as you.

We are proud to say, yes! Our vitamins are all tailored to your individual needs based on your result from the assessment. The recommendations have been studied in depth by our team of medical professionals and only then we provide them to you which we believe will fit best with your health goals and lifestyle.

Can I retake the assessment if I have changes in mind?
Sure! In fact, we recommend that you retake our health assessment every 3-6 months if possible, or if you have any major changes in your diet and lifestyle.
I have certain dietary restrictions, can I still take your vitamins?
We only offer you the best quality of vitamins. We will only recommend vitamins that suit your dietary restrictions based on your results from our health assessment.
What should I do if I have side effects from vitamins?
In the event that you experienced an unwanted reaction towards our vitamins, please seek medical attention immediately. It’s important to let us know if something doesn't suit you so we will remove it from your next shipment and make note of it on your account.
